Very nice and good
The tax service did not meet my expectations.
First of all the Rep Shuya was not at the facility I was scheduled to be at. I called JH and they found her at another Walmart which I had to drive to to meet her, granted it was only 4.2 miles but that is not where I scheduled my appt. For a reason. When I got there and in the middle of doing my taxes, Walmart had a fire and we had to evacuate for a bit. That is not in her control, understandable. But then when we finally finished my taxes come to find out she had to go to her next client at the original facility I schedule... read more
