I scheduled an appointment to come in at 12 o’clock. Allegedly I double booked with someone else and apparently someone called me and left a voicemail informing me to reschedule but no one left me a voicemail so how would I’ve known what the call was for? I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly, accurately and thoroughly my returns were prepared and submitted. I contacted Jackson Hewitt in February and all was completed on March 28. The accountant was professional, friendly and accommodating. I will use your services again.

The Jackson Hewitt Tax Services representative was knowledgeable about the tax laws and professional. She diligently walked me through the tax filing process and was extremely helpful with answering my questions. I highly recommend their services.

Never had a problem filing taxes in the past when I used the previous manager Shawn Speights. Called this year to drop off my papers and was told he was no longer working there. Dropped off papers on 3/9/2026 with Bree who said everything should be prepared within a week. On 3/14/2026 received a phone call from Denise Miles who said she prepared the forms and to set up appointment to sign and pay fees.
