I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and thoroughly my returns were prepared and submitted. I contacted Jackson Hewitt a week ago and all was completed on April 14. The accountant was professional, friendly and accommodating. I will use your services again.

I am very disappointed during my visit because I had to wait for an hour before I could be helped and when I was finally processed as I was told we had to hurry up because the next clients are there and they are overbooked. I felt that I was overcharged as well because my papers didn't take half an hour to finish. Anyway, I promised myself to find somewhere else.

Kalyn just prepared my taxes and my better half’s taxes. She and the receptionist are bombshells. Very efficient. I will always come back. And the customers are great. Friendly. Congenial. Knowledgeable. 100% efficient.
