The cost was just ok ,for a very simple preparation. My preparer was knowledge and friendly.
Jasmyn Davis was amazing. She was Professional, Knowledgeable, Thorough, and best of Friendly. Great Customer Service. She is truly an asset to Jackson Hewitt and my self as a client. Definitely returning next year.
My experience here was great. Quick and easy. I worked with Jasmine and she was super friendly and professional. She was able to answer any questions I had at that time and helped me understand a few things more clearly. Their hours of operation is a plus as well. I was able to schedule my appointment for after I got out of work so I didn’t have to lose any work time. That was a positive for me. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend.
