Made appointment for today at noon. Nobody showed up to office. Waited 45 minutes.They sent me so many emails and text messages making sure i knew appointment time. There an elderly lady waiting also. Left that place went to H and R Block. They were happy to help me. Shame on you Jackson Hewitt.
