This has got to be one of the worst experiences ever! The environment was small and dirty, the prepareres are not up to date on tax rules and changes. They made errors on my return which created a headache and major delay. They refused to take responsibility and they behaved unprofessionally. They mailed my return to the incorrect address and it was then returned back to them. They will not take my call or tell me the location of my return.
