Kay was amazing. I use her every year and will continue to come back just because of her.
Quick and easy. The only complaint is the cost for doing taxes. Even with a $200 discount, I still paid upwards of $350. My taxes aren't difficult, so I think its time to go back to Turbo tax and "save some money." With my state and federal taxes, I owe $4500.
Worst office ever. Scheduled a 6:00 appointment but when I got there was informed they schedule 10 appointments for 1 person at the same time and I'd have to come back another day. Zero empathy and zero attempt to make it right. DON'T GO!
