Been coming for years but 2024 (for 2023) is the worst experience I've ever had. Came in on Saturday and was missing one form so the tax preparer completed as far as she could. Came back with missing form only NOW I'm told the 30% discount expired two days ago. That I should've come back the next day. Had I been provided this information, OBVIOUSLY I would have.
