Excellent assistance from my Tax Specialist Ms. Velma. Very helpful and informative. Also patient with a senior like me. She made a stressful situation a lot less stressful.
Though the person who took care of my wife and me was very knowledgeable and professional, I'll never use Jackson Hewitt's services again. This was the first time I've ever paid to have my taxes done and the last. The amount charged for a simple return was ridiculous. Close to 4 hundred paid for a refund of less than a thousand....and that wasn't receiving a loan from them. Back to doing my own taxes!!!
