This was my first time at this building & it was a great experience, the people were nice, my tax preparer Monica J.was very sweet, easy to speak with & answered questions I needed to know, she explained things to me as she was going

Ms Jackie Orum at the Eastpointe location treated me very well. She was nice and very professional. She did a thorough return for me with a very satisfactory outcome. I will definitely return to her next year!
