I literally have still yet get my refer a friend money. Also the computer froze multiple times and they couldn’t even figure out how to get my employee discount to work to get my 30% off. I also have never even received an email from them saying this was completed. Just text messages asking for surveys. Like I got my tax return already for sure but it’s really weird that it’s done this way I’d say the only way I knew this was actually complete was because of my bank statements and nothing else.
I came in expecting to owe a whole lot of money but Cathy kept me calm and got me thru my taxes owing way less than I expected!
