Worked with a lovely rep from Jackson Hewitt. Reason as to why this is not a 5/5 and is a 3/5 star is because I owe money to the IRS and State which is fine. The rep from JH informed me that it would be best to wait until a mail was sent to my house with what I owe to pay the taxes. The only problem is that mail never came. Angela at the Frederick, Md. 7th Street location was so knowledgeable and professional today while filing my federal and State taxes. It took no time at all for her to go through everything and explain what I did not understand.
