Really disappointed in an offer that was sent for $200 discount I was missing a document by the time I got it and return to finish they said they could not honor even though the taxes were just about completed. .Im a return customer so I don't think I will return if it's all about the money.
I had a positive experience at this location. The tax preparer was very knowledgeable of what she was doing and handled everything professionally. I have referred this worker to my daughter.
