Had to make a second trip to get my payment vouchers was unable to get them on the day the taxes were done due to a computer glitch .
Quick tax filling
Charge way too much. Last year filing they also don’t aim for a maximum refund not truthful
This was the most expensive tax service I have ever used. They did give me a discount but after that I still paid $199. The woman doing our taxes Myrlaine Vieux was very nice but so incredibly slow. Picture Flash Slothmore from Zootopia. It was not so terrible I wouldn't recommend it to anyone but we decided that we will not come back again.
Myrlaine was very helpful with all of our needs.
