I made an appointment a few days in advance and show up a couple of minutes early for my appointment. Someone was already with the tax professional so I waited. It was not past my appointment end time and I figured maybe I got the time wrong. So I come back an hour later and the other person is still There. If they can’t even manage their calendar, I wouldn’t trust them to manager your taxes
