The service was VERY expensive and terrible customer service. I will be going elsewhere next tax season. NEVER will be going back to JH.
Did a great job and was very knowledgeable.
After taxes were completed I paid for the service. However, the last form she had me sign she did not explain what it was. I should have asked but I didn't. We were 1.5 hours getting them done
