I have used Jackson Hewitt (John Dean) since 1999. John Dean is extremely knowledgable and always willing to go above and beyond to help me. Every member of the staff at Jackson Hewitt treats me like family. I would never consider going any where else!!
Was referred to John Dean in the Grayson office. I have zero knowledge of tax stuff. However when I went to Mr. Dean’s office. I was treated extremely well and not only by John but also the entire staff. They turned what I believed to be a horrible situation, into a very good experience. I will never use anyone else. If you need something done. I highly recommend these people. I’d have given more stars if I could. Will DEFINITELY use them for any of my needs.
Couldn’t ask for better accountant! All of the staff have been so helpful and friendly.
