I would definitely not recommend anyone do their taxes here. They are untruthful about the tax fee by a long shot. I was told my taxes would cost $350-450 possibly to file with them (after they saw my W-2 info). They said this was for a head of household for filing for a family fee, not single. However, they ended up taking $850 in fees out of my tax return, which was nearly double the amount I was told it would be up front. Not honest business and a fraud in my opinion.
