Carol was amazing. We had some bumps but she got them figured out.
STINK! STANK! STUNK! Never have I ever dealt with such an unorganized unprofessional business. Called that our taxes were done. Arrived in office to find one person working. Waiting for an hour (to sign) ask when is the best time to come back. She gave us a time, to which we showed up only to wait TWO more hours. FINALLY our turn only to find out that she needed a code from whoever did our taxes. Could not wait any longer. Left. Then had a call. The taxes are now done...hamm are they
