Kris Pellegrin has been preparing my taxes for the last several years. She is personable, knowledgeable and patient. She answered all of my questions and explained a few things that I questioned her about. She is awesome. One thing that bothered me was a Jackson Hewitt sign which said that you could have your taxes done for $49-$149. Mine was substantially higher. When I asked I was told that was for new customers only. Say what?? Have you forgotten about your loyal customers??? Doesn’t seem fair to me . Just saying.
