Came in at 1 and was told to return at 730 by appointment. Came back at 730 and someone else was in my appointment slot. Waited over 30 minutes just to be told she can't see me today. The preparer was inattentive and slow. I drove across town for absolutely nothing. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Jackson Hewitt you've lost our family and friends business from now on. NEVER AGAIN!!
Cost me 233.00 dollars I’m retired and on S.S. I will go somewhere else next time !!
