I am a long time customer and have had Maria Isgro prepare my taxes each year. She is very pleasant to work with and is very knowledgeable. My concern is that I am now a senior citizen and since Jackson Hewitt has become a corporate entity, the prices/fees have gone up. I will be retiring next year and am worried that I will no longer be able to afford the tax preparation pricing. I been coming here for the last 20 years same location. This year it allowed me to book an appointment on Sunday when I showed up they were closed!! I took work off for this appointment. I then reschedule just for them to take people ahead of me with no appointment. This place went to crap. The lady who filed them had no personality what so ever. BRING Brenda back!!!
Janelle has done my taxes the past 6 years. She is very efficient, extremely knowledgeable. I believe she goes out of her way to make sure clients understand all opportunities and options (we) have. Janelle is always there. No one answers the phone and of course she can’t if she is with a client. I give Janelle 10 stars and can’t wait to see her next year.
