Been using Jackson Hewlitt for years. Never any problems. they're very personal. Very good that explaining the tax system and the parts that apply. I've always been very satisfied. I would definitely give them a five-star review! Never disappointed.
I am a long time customer and have had Maria Isgro prepare my taxes each year. She is very pleasant to work with and is very knowledgeable. My concern is that I am now a senior citizen and since Jackson Hewitt has become a corporate entity, the prices/fees have gone up. I will be retiring next year and am worried that I will no longer be able to afford the tax preparation pricing.
