I walked into Jackson Hewitt on Crestline this evening because I hadn’t received a call back regarding the status of my tax return. I wasn’t able to reach anyone by phone. However, I was so fortunate to run into Jessica who was filling in at that store. She took over an hour and 15 minutes to review my tax return walk-through it with me and file it.
