Very poor, over priced and the lady was very unprofessional.
Elizabeth Summers is the most unknowledgeable tax preparation person in the city of Milwaukee.
My experience with Elizabeth at this location was so bad I have to contact the IRS. To begin with, 8 minutes prior to our 1130am appointment, she called my husband to ask us if we would reschedule because she had something else to do. We declined. Next she told me she could not honor the promotional price from the ad through which I booked my appointment because, according to Elizabeth, she couldnt finish my returns by the time the promotion was over because she had other returns to do.
