Friendly staff but unprofessional. I went to get my taxes done and had to explain some things that seemed pretty straightforward. More troubling, though, was that there turned out to be problems with the preparation and I'm still waiting to hear from them about what I need to do. I've called repeatedly the last couple of days without getting a call back. Definitely to be avoided if you have anything at all out of the ordinary.
