I was charged practically twice as much for taxes to be done through Jackson Hewitt this year. I've been using their services for over 5 years now. I feel very taken advantage of, you'd think after all these years of using their company I would at least get a discount. They did a discount but I still paid over $200 more to have my taxes processed. This is beyond unacceptable, most definitely will not ever return to them in the future years and don't ever expect any positive feedback from me about your tax business!
I seen advertisement for $149 dollars ending up costing over $500
Jaime was phenominal and helped me get my taxes done in less time than anywhere else I've ever been. I am definetely coming back next year!
