Dont use them. What they advertise the $59,95 is incorrect. I was charged $300 because I had a 1095A form. The form says you dont have to have it but jackson hewitt demanded it. This is how jackson hewitt rips ppl off because they dont tell you this until after you file. Then when you have done all paper work you cant decline. I went to the district office on 5th street and asked the mngmt about it. She explained it wasnt their little offices it is their corporate office that is doing it

Poor services. We filled our taxes in February and yet we haven't received our return. We Called the agent and all she could tell us is, there is absolutely nothing she can do to help us as long as she was paid for her services. Very rude and unprofessional customer service! We will not return. They don't deserve even a single star..
