Went to them for the 1st time ever for this year's taxes. Ended up getting a letter from the Wisconsin Department of Revenue saying I owe money. I have been calling for months. They never answer their phones nor respond back with my voicemails i left them trying to get it figured out. I even emailed the letter. No responses from email or call back. I do not recommend
Darla was amazing doing my tax return, answered all my questions and help me understand everything to detailed. She went above and beyond! I will be returning and doing my taxes with her !
I brought in two forms, easy. I sat in the office for a long time to have a much higher cost then expected. Now a received a letter from the IRS that it was done incorrectly and I owe money. Darla is blaming me because I didn't buy her extra protection even though she botched my claim. Don't go here!
