I have had taxes done there the last 4 years, they do a good job but everyone else gets coupons for a special deals. I have not. I would hate to have to take my business elsewhere.
Been going to h&R block for 27 years. Decided to try out Hewitt Jackson as They had great deals going on for new customers. Worst experience and horrible service. I booked an appointment that worked for her and waited nearly 30 minutes and did not get seen. Just ignored. Left and went back to H&R block cause at least I will be seen there. They need to book realistic appointments.
My1st year having a tax preparer do mine as I am recently retired.not a good experience. Jolene k did mine and I felt she was not a very personable person as she never interacted with me. I had all my paper work which was my w2's and 3 1099's she did them in silence when done she said i owed about 5000 to the irs. I kept telling her this can't be correct and she says I did it twice.
