They hire people that do not know a thing about taxes doing taxes. They charge an insane amount of money to prepare taxes incorrectly. The person didn’t know a damn thing about my HSA or out of state tax filing. It was done incorrectly and cost me my refund and almost $400 to file. Never again!
I booked my appointment online same day. The representative was vey courteous and understood tax with years of experience.
