I went in for my taxes very nervous because I didn't do my taxes last year due to an outstanding balance. Yolanda at reception was very friendly and open. She offered me snacks and a warm welcome. Shortly after my name was called to see Ms. M. Cunningham. She asked me simple questions and reassured me that everything would be fine.
