The preparer did a wonderful job. My wife had too many questions and the A.I. on the computer doesn't have a clue when you have a technical question. I feel that you have to talk to a real person to get a straight answer. The preparer (Kay) did a wonderful job . I would give him an 11 out of 10, A.I. 1 out of 10. Quality employee
@jacksonhewitttaxservice Found out hard way Jackson Hewitt treats clients at discount rate differently than normal clients, my agent made several mistakes on my taxes why I was there & then after his Supervisor fixed them over the phone said my taxes were complete & had me sign them. Later that night got a call they made more mistakes & I had come back to resign what another Supervisor fixed more mistakes.
