Trust and professionalism are paramount when getting your taxes done. Jackson Hewitt dropped the ball on my taxes. Even worse is the fact they didn’t honor their supposed “Lifetime Accuracy Guarantee.” Doug made a mistake on my taxes that were filed by him. When asked if I owed any additional money, besides the fee of what I was paying for that day, he said no. I was then hit with a penalty of over $500. I had a very easy..friendly...well explained experience..as ALWAYS!! Great people work there..which is why I choose Jackson Hewitt every year to do my taxes...thank you to everyone there!!
To expensive fee are high! Wouldn't recommend!
