Worst customer service at any jackson Hewitt period . The woman who answered the phone couldn't intelligently answer simple questions and then gave me attitude about it . I will never use Jackson Hewitt again because of her unprofessional attitude and lack of knowledge.
Unable to give zero stars. Scheduled an appointment to do our taxes. Showed up and the lights were off and doors were locked. Called multiple times. No one answered. Called another Jackson Hewitt business and they reported they have also heard this about this business
