I would not recommend this company to no one.I made an appointment around March 25th for April 10 then wen the times come for the appointment they tell me they switched prices as a new customer I dont think that was right especially after receiving several text messages reminding me of my appointment date but no text message telling me about a new price change or a phone call. Nor was I told when I made the appointment that the price would change before I came in to the appointment. So to me, that's bad business and not very... read more

I had a very positive experience with Dez'Alyn in Feb 2025- she is professional, personable, and thorough. I had some challenging changes to my taxes this year- she was not hesitant to seek counsel from senior preparers when needed, who were quick in thier responses she is the one to see!
