I scheduled an appointment based on a promotional price for April 1. My appointment was canceled on the day of. As a result, I missed the deadline for receiving the promotional price. I would expect that the promotional price to have been honored. This was not offered as an option. Leaving me very disappointed as the price charged was significantly higher.
