Mohammed was fantastic and so helpful, I was dreading doing my taxes this year, but it was over in a flash.
I made an appointment for 6pm today to get my taxes done. I got text messages all day to remind me about my 6pm appointment. I came in at 5:40pm and sat down at your station. It’s almost6:15pm and no one showed up. I am so disappointed. Maybe your app should notify your tax preparer that they have an appointment at 6 o’clock and they should be here to help. This is definitely not how to run a business
