Keith Evans was slow, didn’t seem to know current tax information, and called me back once despite leaving messages to call me ( left messages 8-10 times ). Keith stated my taxes would be done in one to two weeks but took 6 weeks. He was 10 minutes late for my first appointment despite the fact that I was the first appointment of the day. For my final appointment, he was 90 minutes late. I waited for 2 hours and no one came to help me or check me in. My appointment was at 1 and it was close to 3 when I left. Very frustrating, I will not be going again.
