Had a confirmed 12pm appointment today. And they were no show. They were also no show for their 11am appointment. I could understand someone can’t making it, but can’t understand why I wasn’t contacted to advise! First and last experience with Jackson Hewitt!
Don’t believe the tax preparer knew what he was doing. He asked me 0 questions and only looked at my documents and gave me a number and told me how much I had to pay. I didn’t trust him and decided not to continue my tax services here.
