Made an appt to drop off our tax papers and dropped them off timely. Called multiple times over past 3 weeks, and finally got to someone yesterday….taxes are finally filed but now they are LATE, will suffer a penalty on my taxes and I still paid full price to file

Meena Salih is very knowledgeable. She gave me info that is very important. Iwill definitly return next year to Jackson Hewitt because of her knowledge and my experience with her. Also. Reeshon was very helpful. They both are very good at their job.
