Great experience overall; Tabitha was super friendly, professional, and got me in and out very quickly.
I saw Alondra at the JH location at WalMart in Round Rock, Tx. She was very informative and patient. I changed my mind about how to file the return and she accommodated me cheerfully. I had estimated that I would owe money, but after the return was reviewed by Alondra and several other JH staff, which is their way of making sure the return is correct, the result was a sizable refund! All in all, a very nice outcome of working with JH.
