Ms. Debtra McElveen was absolutely amazing, patient and kind. She was in the middle of helping me ( I had an appointment) and a very rude man with a disgusting attitude started getting loud demanding an envelope for him to send in his taxes and she was still so polite , and asked him if he could please give her a moment. He then aggressively told her no he would not. I then told him to be patient and or make an appointment and to not be disrespectful and rude to Ms. Debra.
