I arrived at 10:44 my appointment was at 11:00 February 5th 2026. She was ready for business so I thought. She said it was her first time preparing taxes(RED FLAG)I was there for 2hrs and 30 minutes and I'm a return customer. I never in my life felt so uncomfortable and unsure of my taxes.
