I arrived at 10:44 my appointment was at 11:00 February 5th 2026. She was ready for business so I thought. She said it was her first time preparing taxes(RED FLAG)I was there for 2hrs and 30 minutes and I'm a return customer. I never in my life felt so uncomfortable and unsure of my taxes. She was on the phone the ENTIRE time she said it was the system and then she said they are going over the taxes to make sure everything is accurate.
