Well so far its ok. Not too happy ofter 23 days supposingly file my tax and the find out if never did file to be exact they had my husband ssn number wrong on the firm and. So here we are just finally file again and they said everything is ok now again. so lets see I will keep ya'll update after I received my refund.

This was our first and it will be our last experience with this company. We won't be using Jackson Hewitt tax service ever again. They will waste your time and do not honor appointments. We were directed to go to the WalMart location through the appointment scheduler on their website. We got there 10 minutes early and there was another customer. We were standing right by the kiosk.
