We booked an appointment and then found out that it had to be changed because the office was closed that day. We then booked another appointment and showed up and no one was there. We then had our taxes done and apparently the tax preparer named Collin made a mistake and had to get a hold of us. The mistake cost us an additional $2000 that we had to immediately fill out because it was April 14.
