I set up an appointment online. When I arrived I found the office closed and no one there for my appointment. When my taxes were completed, I was charged twice as much as advertised. The person who referred me was supposed to get a gift card - to date they have not received it.
My tax preparer, Cassie, was quick and efficient and highly knowledgeable
I wasted 300$ plus 5 weeks of my time with this office. They obviously are not trained to do certain tax paperwork and or forms. The woman who did mine continued to explain to me that my taxes were rejected she couldn’t reality go into why they were rejected. In the end they took 300$ and never completed them . I called there owner and seen she’s not available. Long story short I took my taxes to hr block and they finished them in less than one hour and was accepted bye Internal Revenue Service. Scheduled an appointment on a Saturday for the following day. No one showed- we left after 45 minutes after follow up with the office they closed early and didn’t get the appointment. Tried to get an approximation of completion of taxes by the receptionist Isabella and was referred to the tax person Rene that never returned my calls.
