This whole franchise is a bunch of garbage especially the Lynchburg office in their extremely rude employees it is now May the 9th in my taxes is still not been filed
I have to say this will be the last year that I use Jackson Hewitt... After three years of not having taxes filed because the IRS is useless!. But the fact the I had to pay out of pocket because of someone else's mistakes and still owe this place . I sit and wasted half of my day yesterday on the phone with people in Lynchburg which are extremely rude people!. I had my taxes done yesterday at Jackson Hewitt office on Main St in Wytheville, Virginia electronically. Tax deadline is April 15th, & I have not seen the payments I made to IRS & your offiice deducted from my bank account. Please make sure the payments are processed on time.
