Very displeased with them, as a whole. This is my 4th year in a row, using JH. They scheduled me twice this year, without having anyone on the schedule, at that location. Huge inconvenience. Traveled there twice for nothing. Then, offered zero courtesies, instead charged me $663 to do my taxes. I do not blame the on-site employee, as he was not responsible for the scheduling. Won't be returning for a 5th year.
