No I'm not enjoying my tax money. I was shorted $1600 . I have been with Jackson Hewitt 4 close 2 20 years and this us the 1st time I have had any problem. I'm not the only one. The internet is going crazy about how Jackson Hewitt stole our money. I will never use Jackson Hewitt again. Nor will. I recommend Jackson Hewitt. I'm very disappointed . Lostca valued and loyal customer
I was supposed to be getting 6,609 back after the partial $1000 I got earlier from the bank and Jackson Hewitt fee??? But I only got 4,800 back I would like to know what is going on ?? Where is the rest of my money???
Always quick and convenient. Never have issues. Had a complicated return and they handled it with utmost professionalism. Knowledgeable and trustworthy. I work full time and biggest thing for me was their drop off service. Highly recommend.
