This was my first time using Jackson Hewitt and l am very pleased with Jose who did my taxes. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I am glad l changed from the previous company who did my taxes badly to JH who were nice and helpful. I will recommend JH and l will continue doing my taxes with Jose.

Have to go have my taxes done again by someone else! The person was not sure about sooo many simple things and had to keep emailing someone to ask questions! I’m sure he didn’t file correctly. First time using them and will never use them again!!! It’s over a week now and not one word from them!!!! Called several times, left several messages and not one call back!!!
