Had some scheduling issues at first but I did almost wait till the due date to come in. The first person I talked to and who initially prepared my taxes was very friendly but was a little new so he missed a few deductions. It was reviewed by his manager, per their policy, which contacted us with corrections and suggestions for next year. The manager was able to get our taxes lowered by about $4000. We will be returning next year.
Saved me money on my Illinois state tax, but made an error taking the fees I owed for the tax work out of my federal return. I tried to bring it to the tax preparer attention which he disregarded me, saying here is my managers card if you feel I made an error. Called the manager he said he would fix it and email me a copy in an hour said this 2 times still almost a week later no email.
Brendan was such an amazing help and i definitely recommend going to him for tax needs
