The services and agents were super. They provided excellent customer service and timely processing at the Edgewood, Maryland office after much frustration waiting for an hour and a half at the Arlington office with no resolution. Great service and professional agent.
The person preparing it this year was not a regular person. She was very nasty and unprofessional. She didn’t even show me how much that I would get in return or compare what I got last year and this year I would never go back to her and make sure that I got a card for my lady that I normally go to, so I will never have this experience again and I wanted the loan check and she couldn’t figure out how to offer for me and the thing doesn’t expire until the 20th, so I’m I don’t understand
