Sadly it's my fault for not asking what they going to charge. But thing is after they filed my taxes and i was getting a thousand dollars back and after I signed all my documents then the lady decides to tell me oh by the way we are holding out $600 for our services so you going to get only $400 talking about getting screwed! Lesson learned for sure and I'll never use them again! Seems like I should get the majority lol.
My experience was very good. Brenda, my tax person was very efficient, nice, fast and helpful. I really appreciate the service I received.
