My experience with Alex at Jackson Hewitt was well appreciated and I will be returning to not only this company but to Alex. She was extremely professional, helpful and had outstanding customer service skills.
I had 3 sessions with staff all by appointment, the two staff members were corrigible and professional, no wasted time, sessions lasted an hour. My disappointment was the fee and having to pay IRS. Being retired senior citizens I was anticipating more tax breaks. I worked a portion of year 25 and apparently we didn’t have enough deductions. As a result we will have to complete new W-4s, where are the tax breaks? Mr. Robert
